I’m Cari Wildharber, an APRN with a passion for holistic patient care. A West Paducah native, I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Nursing in 1991 and spent 14 years in a busy Nashville ER before returning home. In 2005, I joined Dr. Lisa Chaney Lasher in women’s health, gaining invaluable experience in hormones and wellness. Encouraged to pursue higher education, I earned my Family Nurse Practitioner Master’s from Austin Peay in 2012 and worked in Family Practice under Dr. Terri Telle until January 2025. Now practicing independently, I prioritize listening to patients and understanding their full health history. My faith guides me, and I’m honored to care for men, women, and children of all ages.

I’m Karen Smith, a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Chronic Weight Management and Optimal Wellness. With over 30 years of experience as a Health Care Professional, Fitness & Nutrition Specialist, I’m passionate about helping clients achieve lasting health benefits through personalized care. My approach focuses on evidence-based practices that lead to sustainable weight loss, incorporating disease prevention, health and wellness screenings, lab evaluations, balanced nutrition, an active lifestyle, and medication for those who qualify. I believe in empowering individuals to take control of their health, and I’m with you every step of the way. Your best life starts now!

I’m Mandy Houston, and I’ve dedicated over 16 years to healthcare. Starting as a CNA, I became a Medical Assistant, then an LPN, and I’m currently pursuing my RN degree to further my skills and provide the best care possible. I find great fulfillment in helping people and making a positive impact on their lives. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and three children. Our summers are often spent at the baseball and softball fields, enjoying the outdoors together. I’m excited to continue growing in my career and offering compassionate, effective care to my patients.

I’m Bethany, and I bring over 25 years of experience in healthcare administration to Restorative Family Medicine. I started my career in nursing home administration before transitioning to medical offices, where I’ve spent the past 14 years specializing in credentialing and accounts receivable as the owner of Gemini Billing Services. I’m passionate about creating a smooth experience for both patients and staff, and I look forward to supporting the team at RFM.

I’m Erika Wildharber, the receptionist at Restorative Family Medicine (and Cari’s daughter-in-law). I’ll be the friendly voice on the phone, helping schedule appointments and assist around the office. I graduated in 2015 with an Associate’s in Applied Science/Business Studies - Medical Information Technology and have years of customer service experience. I live on our family farm with my husband, Ryan, and our son, Max. In my free time, I love cooking, spending time outdoors with Max, and being with friends and family. I look forward to meeting you at RFM!

I’m Katie Klapp! I assist with billing and front desk duties, ensuring a smooth experience for our patients. I’m a proud wife of four years and a first-time mom to a six-month-old baby boy.
